Shipping policy
We use a courier service and Australia Post to send your packages. All packages will be sent tracked and a tracking number can be provided upon request. We unfortunately do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Please allow up to 1-2 days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping estimates. Please note that during busy periods i.e. Christmas & Easter, allow up to 3-4 days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping estimates.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR RETURNED PARCELS
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an additional postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
